Our Process
Schedule: Call, email, or send a request to set up an in-person or remote appointment.
Gather documents: Collect your W‑2s, 1099s, and other records. We’ll let you know what’s needed.
Review & prepare: Marybeth reviews your information and prepares your return accurately.
Approve & file: Once you’ve reviewed and approved it, your return is filed electronically.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Photo ID (and spouse’s, if filing jointly)
- Social Security cards or ITINs for everyone on the return
- W‑2s from all employers
- 1099 forms (contract, interest, dividends, retirement)
- Last year’s tax return
- Mortgage interest and property tax statements
- Childcare, education, and medical expense records
- Business income and expense records, if self-employed
- Bank routing and account number for direct deposit
- Any IRS or state letters you’ve received
